UK DELIVERY

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50
• Standard delivery (2-3 days) – £4.99
• Next day delivery (when ordered by 1pm on weekdays | 1-2 days) – £9.50
  

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.

EU/INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Standard Delivery (EU) - £14.99
• International Delivery (Outside EU) - £24.00
  

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Please allow 3-5 days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 days for all international deliveries.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the item(s) are returned to us, unused and with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email us to process your refund request.

Please note that delivery costs of returned items will need to be covered by you. We recommend using a registered and recorded delivery service so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item(s) are lost.

When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on skincare items.
