As a loyal part of our community, you are invited to join our sixth IRL group session.

Flabbergast Club have collaborated with the talented George from The Sound Shift to deliver you a relaxing and powerfully healing pre-full moon Soundbath in the etherial Soma Space. 

WHAT 

After a short guided meditation we will settle for a soothing Soundbath with Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs and other ambient instruments to float through the session.

During the session, Reiki energy will be sent to the room, to compliment the sound for a powerful relaxation journey. 

All you need is comfortable clothing and an open mind. 
Though sound healing is ancient in practice, utilising these instruments for wellbeing has been scientifically proven to engage lower frequency brainwave patterns (such as in meditation) and the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s optimal state for rest and repair).

WHO 

Presented by Flabbergast Club, the session will be led by the talented George of The Sound Shift. Certified by The Sound Energy Practitioners Association (SEMPA), George is also a songwriter and producer who started his career in the 90’s in an RnB group. His career has seen him writing and producing hit singles and winning a prestigious Ivor Novello Award. Everything he has done has been connected with music or sound in some way. George has always been interested in metaphysics and the mind-body connection.

Reiki will be from Faye @ Flabbergast. Trained to Reiki Level Two, a certified Angel Card reader and a student of ‘The Science of Wellbeing’ course by Yale University, Faye also works with crystals, scents, and angel cards to tap into all of the senses during her sessions and amplify the movement of energy needed to balance and cleanse the chakras (energy centres) in the body.

THE SCIENCE 

On average, the human body consists of around 60-70% water, making it easy for vibrations move through the body almost undetected, reaching our deepest layers. The human body is made up of trillions of cells, each containing vibrating atoms, so we are vibrating all the time. Everything around us is vibrating too. Consciously exposing ourselves to intentional frequencies and tones during a sound session can help us realign and shift energy in the mind, body and spirit.
